presented 2 different proposals.~
Moved by Christianson, second by Scott,to adopt the following items:
1.We would like to see Rick Harney receive $75.00 raise after one

2.Also the employee handbook should be updated to state 1 year

the probation period.
That a 2¢per hour for each year serve~l.l·ongevity pay be given
starting on the date hire, but not to be paid until after 2 years
of service on the employee's anniversary date. This should be
added to handbook.
That each full time employee be given a $700.00 per year raise
with the exception of Ken Hopper, who should receive a $500.00
year raise. This is,in no way,to reflect on Officer Ken Hopper's
service, but rather to the fact that he makes $1493.00 more than
the other officers after the raise and $1723.76 less than the Chief
while the other officers will receive $3216.72 less than the Chief.
This should help to bring wages more into line.
Hannah Weil be given a 30¢per hour raise. All other part-time
employees will be left at present wage except for David Reed, who
will be given a 25¢per hour increase.
Starting salary will be raised to $13,500.00.
