APPROVING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR PRINTER/COPIER
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the Information Technology (IT) Department of the City of Waukee has researched
and compared vendor costs associated with copier and printer equipment and services for the
Utility Billing Division of the Finance Department; AND,
WHEREAS, the printer/copier purchase has been approved by the Waukee City Council as part
of the FY2020 City of Waukee Budget; AND,
WHEREAS, the IT Department recommends approval of an associated Maintenance Agreement
between Konica Minolta Business Solutions, USA, Inc., and the City of Waukee;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council that the Maintenance
Agreement is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 14th day of October,
2019.
