A special meeting of the Waukee City Council was called ro
order at 7:45 pvrn•.by Hayor pro~tem,Jerry Brown.Brian J.
Redshaw was present and taking minutes..
A roll call w~s held and all Councilmen were present except
Gruber and Stork.:
Hoved by Tovrea,second by Hoifeldt,to authorize the Mayor
andCity Clerk to enter into an easement agreement with Dr.
Charles Johnson.
A roll call vote was held as follows:
Ayes:Tovrea,Brown Hoifeldt
Nays:None recorded
Absent:Gruber and Stork
Joe Stork arrived-at 7:55 p.m.
Guests present at this meeting were:
Nick Gruber,Leigh Davis,Don Henson,
Dallenbach and Dick Applegate.

2.Sidewalk installation

5.Park Dedication Ordinance
6.Zoning of annexed area

Moved by Tovrea,second by Hoifeldt,to adjourn at 8:50 p.m.

The regular meeting of the Waukee City Council was called to order
on April 14,1987 at 7:30 p.m.by Mayor Gordon Christianson.
A roll call was taken and all Councilmen were present.

Mark Currie,Ben Phillips,Dick Applegate,Roger Buffington,Brian --
Redshaw,Alex Glann,Nick Gruber,Rick Ross ,Bill Inman,Leigh

Moved by Gruber,second by Hoifeldt,to approve the minutes of
March 10,17,28 and April 8,the Treasurer's report and bill
