Section 3.The Hayor and City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and ordered to enter into a written contract
w~th said contractor for the Project,said contract not to be
binding until approved by resolution of this Council.
Section 4.The amount of the contractor's performance
and/or payment bonds is hereby fixed and determinted to be 100%
of the amount of the contract.
Passed and approved this 24th day of November,1987.

A special meeting of the Waukee City Council was held November
30,1987 and was called to order at 7:00 p rm ,by 1-1ayorGordon
Christianson.Brian J.Redshaw was present and taking minutes.
A roll call was held and all-Councilmen were present except Brown.
Guest at this meeting wa~Che~Chedester.
l10ved by Gruber,second by Tovrea,to set December 15,1987 at
7:00 p.m.for the public hearing on the proposed plans,spec-
ifications and form of contract and estimated cost for the Hig!).,
Pressure Gas Hain Project and consideration of the bids.Carried

The regular meeting of the Waukee City Council was called to order
on December 8,1987 at 7:30 p.m.by Hayor Gordon Christianson.
A roll call was held as follows:Present:Tovrea,Brown,Hoifeldt,
and Stork.Absent:Gruber.
Guests and staff at this meeting were:Paul Huscher,Ann Ford,Brian
Redshaw,Roger Buffington,Chet Chedester,Wendy Hansen-Wagner,Jerry
Hiller,Don Bassett,Ben Phillips,Dick Applegate,Ron Olson,Dean
Olson,Don Henson,Jim Ash,Nick Gruber,Walt Hinkson,Hike Rynearson,
Hannah Weil,Leonard Taylor,Bart Weller,Scott Thomas,Kurt Sorenson,
Leigh Davis,11ark Broderick,Bob Barrett,Dennis Hanes,Guy Lamar,and
Gil Northway.
Hoved by Hoifeldt,second by Stork,to approve the minutes of November
10,24 and 30.Carried 4 to O.
Wendy Hansen-Wagner of the Waukee Library Board spoke to the Council
regarding appointments to the Library Board.
Hoved by Tovrea,second by Hoifeldt,to approve Josephine Barnes to
the Waukee Library Board.Carried 4 to O.
Chet Chedester spoke to the Council regarding the letter addressed
to them last month and the response received from Hayor Christianson.
