at 7:10 p vm ,by Hayo r Floyd "II.Rosenkranz.Ann Ford was present
and taking r.ri.nutes.
A roll call was taken and the following Councilmen ,Here present:

City Council to order at 7:39 p.m.on October 10,1989.Brian
J.Redshaw was present and taking minutes.All Council present--
I seat vacant.
Hoved by lIoifeldt,second by Scott,to approve the minutes of
September 5,12,19 and 26.Carried 4 to O.
Bart Weller,training officer of the Waukee Fire Department,spoke
to the Council regarding HorkI'!an's Compensation.
Hoved by Gruber,second by Scott,to set up a fund for I'laximur
3 days pay at established rate with medical verification.Fire
Department or First Responders to establish policy.Payment to
be made by City Administrator.A roll 'call vote Has taken as

Bill Chase spoke to the Council regardinr,the proposed street
light by"his property'.

in front of Bill Chase's home on Walnut Ridge Drive from 7'
to 10'east as long as the snlice remains above ground with
