1990,correcting the motion waiving the 3 readings on the Water Rate

Mike Brelsford requested access off of Highway 6 for his proposed car
wash on the south side of Hickman Road between 4th &6th Streets.Bob
Christianson of First Realty also addressed the Council on this issue.

proposed Ordinance change for February 27,1990 at 7:30 p.m.A roll call

Rick Ross of Tomrik,Inc.requested closing of North Branch Drive to
eliminate thru traffic from using Southfork Drive as a route to the
proposed Country Club West project on the south side of Hickman Road
between 142nd and 152nd Streets.No action was taken on this matter.
Matt Wilson,president of the Student Council at Waukee High School,
spoke to the Council regarding the renaming of East St.

report.
Tim Wagner of the Waukee Jay-Cees spoke about the August 4 street
dance for fund raising of proposed library facility and fire station.
The Waukee Firemen Association wishes to have a street dance on July
14.These 2 groups will work together to establish dates.

Be it ordained by the City Council of Waukee,Iowa:
Section 1.Section 504.4D of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Waukee,Iowa,is hereby amended by adding to the listed
points of access along Highway 6 Station 261+86 driveway south 50
that subsection D will read as follows:
