The special meeting of the Waukee City Council was called to order
at 7:30 P.M.by Mayor Floyd W.Rosenkranz.Brian Redshaw was present
and taking minutes.
A roll call was taken and the following named Councilmen were present:
Gruber,Bailey,Scott and Barrett.Absent:Clark.
The following guests were also present:Eric Sheldahl,Jack Inman,
Harold Burger.
Floyd Rosenkranz spoke to the City Council regarding the installation
of 12"waterline for the proposed nightclub.
Survey of the property at 675 Ashworth Drive.This is for Woodright
Construction.
Brian Murray of 210 -3rd Street spoke to the City Council regarding
drainage on his property north of the railroad tracks.
July 12,1990 is the next utilities Committee meeting.
Dr.Wood's right-of-way on 142nd Street was delayed because Dr Wood
was not present.
Moved by Barrett,second by Scott,to appoint Rosalind Bails to the
Waukee Library Board.Carried 4 to O.
Moved by Scott,second by Barrett,to appoint Dick Appligate to a
five year term on the Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission.Carried 4
to O.I
Ted Payseur of Veenstra &Kimm presented a proposed 60 days on software
costing $5000 on a computer model program for gas and water.
Moved by Gruber,second by Bailey,to
