The special City Council meeting took place on January 28,1991 and was
was called to order at 6:30 P.M.by Mayor Floyd W.Rosenkranz.
The following Councilmen were present:Gruber,Bailey,Barrett,Clark,
Scott.The following guests were present:Steve Pierce-Veenstra &Kimm,
Rick Ross,Tim Wagner.
Brian Redshaw was present and taking minutes.
The following business took place:
A bid opening for the City Hall remodeling project was held as published
in the Dallas County News.

Moved by Clark,second by Gruber to delay action on the bids until
February 12,1991 at 7:00 P.M.Carried 5 to O.
Steve Pierce of Veenstra &Kimm presented a written proposal for City
Planning Services.
The City Council will review the proposal and consider it further on
February 12,1991.
Moved by Clark,second by Gruber to approve the use of the City Triangle
for a Waukee Street Dance to be held on July 20,1991.Carried 5 to O.
Moved by Gruber,second by Bailey to adjourn a 7:00 P.M.
