The special meeting of the Waukee City Council was called to
Floyd W.Rosenkranz.The following Councilmen were present:
Bailey.Absent:None.
Brian J.Redshaw was present and taking minutes.
Moved by Scott,second by Clark,to accept the resignation of Marilyn F.Deets,Treasurer.
Ayes:Bailey,Barrett,Clark,Gruber,Scott.
Nayes:None recorded.
Motion ca=ied 5 to o.
order at 7:30 P.M.by Mayor

Moved by Gruber,second by Ba=ett,to accept a confidential

Motion ca=ied 5 to O.
Moved by Bailey,second by Gruber,to approve purchase of a copier for the police depar tmerrt.
Ayes:Bailey,Clark,Gruber,Scott.
Abstain:Ba=ett.

Moved to set 11/4 for decision on Highway 6 alternatives.
Moved by Gruber,second by Scott to adjourn at 8:33 P.M.Motion ca=ied 5 to O.

The special meeting of the Waukee City Council was called to order at 7:35 P.M.by Mayor
Floyd W.Rosenkranz.The following Councilmen were present:Clark,Barrett,Scott,
Bailey and Gruber.Absent:none.
Brian J.Redshaw was present and taking minutes.
Guests present at the meeting.were Liz Garst,Mike Brelsford,Phil Broderick,Jay
Hoskinson,Al Scholes,Dr.RonalD Blessing,and Lewis Baer.
Moved by Gruber,second by Barrett,Alternative #1 to leave Highway 6 at existing
location.Ayes:Bailey,Ba=ett,Gruber,Scott.
Nayes:Clark.
Moved by GJCuber,second by Bailey,to reccrnmend the continuation of the bike trail
and inclusion of bike trail by-pass.
Ayes:Scott,Gruber,Clark,Barrett,Bailey.
Nays:None recorded.
Moved by Bailey,second by Clark,to adjourn at 8:20 P.M.Motion Ca=ied 5 to O.
