Roll Call was taken and the following councilmen were present:Bailey,Scott,Barrett, and Clark.Absent:Gruber. Moved by Ba i.Ley,second by Ba=ett,to approve Pay Estimate No.4 to KENKO,Inc.in the amount of $72,181.96.Motion carried 4 to O. Guests present were Frank Duroy,La=y Phillips,Graham Redshaw and Harry Jones. Moved by Scott,second by Clark,to accept Bob Ba=ett's resignation.Motion carried 5 to O. Moved by Bailey,second by Clark,to hire Bob Barrett as City Treasurer at a starting salary of $22,000 with a possible $1,000 in 6 months and another $1,000 in 12 months subject to Pre-Employment Drug Test and random testing.Motion ca=.ied 3 to O. Moved by Scott,second by Clark,to expunge motion approving purchase of 2 OVerhead Doors from Adams Door.Motion carried 3 to O. Moved by Bailey,second by Clark,to approve the purchase from OVerhead Door for $3,630.Motion carried 3 to O.- Moved by Clark,second by Bailey,to approve filling the Council vacancy on November 25th Franklin Duroy.Motion carried 3 to O.
