The Special Meeting of the Waukee City Council was held on Wednesday,October 14,1992 and
was called to order at 8:05 P.M.by Pro-tern Donald L.Bailey,Jr.,with Brian J.Redshaw
present and taking minutes.
A roll call was taken and the following councilmen were present:Bailey,Scott and Clark.
Absent:Rosenkranz,Duray and Gruber.
A letter from Veenstra &Kimmrecommending the acceptance of the pUblic improvements for
Candleridge Park was presented to the City Council.Moved by Councilman Scott,seconded
by Councilman Clark,to adopt Resolution No.231 accepting the public improvernents for
Candleridge Park.Roll call Ayes:Bailey,Clark and Scott.Nayes:None recorded.
Absent:Duray and Gruber.Motion carried 3 to O.
Moved by Councilman Clark,seconded by Councilman Scott,to approve the payment of
$2,371.20 to Sheldahl Developnent representing the cost difference between 8 and 12 inch
waterline construction.Motion carried 3 to O.
Moved by Councilman Scott,seconded by Clark,to approve the following resolution:

OF WAUKEE,DALLASCOUNIY,ICWA
WHEREAS,Sheldahl Developnent Corp.has presented a final Plat and the Waukee Planning
and Zoning Commission has approved this Plat on October 14,1992,and
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,at the special council meeting on October 14,1992,approved
final plat,Candleridge Park,Waukee,Iowa,Dallas County.
