Planning &Zoning -Duroy.Councilman Duroy reported that the Committee discussed: letter of intent to have the bike path cross the new elementary school property;Hickman West Industrial Park;Wildflower Valley;no sprinkling system for the new elementary school;and that Clive is requiring a 16 inch waterline to serve the new school. Section 1.Arre:ndrrent.Section 108.10 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Waukee,Iowa,is hereby amendedby adding thereto subparagraph J as follows: J.The fire chief shall have the authority to purchase items he or she deems necessary for his or her department not to exceed $500.00 per purchase for the administration of his or her office,without prior council approval. Section 2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
