Interviewing Candidates to Fill the Vacant Council Seat.Mayor Bailey and the Council
interviewed the following Candidates:Jay Oxenford,Larry Lyon,Jeffrey Downing,Marvin
Berger,Mary White,and Jim Phillips.
Councilwoman Lihs arrived at 7 :28pm.
The Mayor call the August 25,1997 Special City Council meeting to order at 7:28pm.
Roll Call.A roll call vote was taken and the following Council Members were present:Nick
Gruber,Robyn Heath and Monica Lihs.Absent:Terry Strain.
The Council entered recess at 8:08pm.
The Council came out of recess at 8:12pm.
Motion by Councihnan Gruber,seconded b Councilwoman Heath,to adjourn at 8:24pm.The
Mayor asked for a voice vote.Motion carried 3 to O.
