Open Forum.None. Agenda Additions -Agenda Approval.Item #11 moved to #5c,items #22 and #23 deleted. Motion by Councilman Lyon,seconded by Peard,to approve agenda as revised.The Mayor asked for a voice vote.Motion carried. Ordinance Rezoning Ross Property (SE corner of Ashworth Dr and University Avenue) From A-I to C-I,R-2,R-3 and R-4 -2nd Reading.Motion by CouncilmanPeard,seconded by Councilwoman Heath,to extend the C-1 and R-4 area currently proposed for rezoning.The Mayor asked for a roll call vote:Ayes:Gruber,Berger,Heath,Peard,and Lyon.Nays:None. Repair of Damage Caused by Hardy's Construction on University Avenue.Dale Sorenson reported to the Mayor and Council on damage and repair that has occurred to University Ave. 3 Addendum Extending Contract Completion Date -Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements.Motion by Councilman Lyon,seconded by Councilman Peard,to extend the contract to allow for 365 days until completion date on Wastewater Treatment Facility.The Mayor asked for a roll call vote:Ayes:Gruber,Lyon,Peard,Heath,and Berger.Nays:None. Motion carried 5 to O. Acceptance of bid on 8-inch Sanitary Sewer to University Avenue Trunk Sewer.Motion by Councilman Gruber,seconded by Councilman Lyon,to accept Hardy's change order with conditions (30 days completion,no change to language formally agreed too,etc.)if agreement is not reached then accept McAninch Corporation bid for $35,500.00 for construction of8-inch sanitary sewer to University Avenue Trunk Sewer.The Mayor asked for a roll call vote:Ayes: Gruber,Lyon,Peard,Heath,and Berger.Nays:None.Motion carried 5 to o. Silt Fence at Southfork-Update by V &K.Dale Sorenson of Veenstra &Kimm gave update on work completed. Mayor's Report.Attended County Land Use meeting on Thursday,February 26;Will be attending Mayor's meeting March 11;Larry Ryan injured back and will be temporally gone; Reminded Council upcoming of Cure DeTour. Motion by Councilwoman Heath,seconded by Councilman Berger,to approve the Mayor's report.The Mayor asked for a voice vote.Motion carried. Councilman Lyon reminded Council and Staff of new School Board/City Council member rotation.
