Donald L.Bailey,Jr.
Roll Call.Roll Call.The Mayor asked for a roll call vote and the following Council Members
were present:Nick Gruber,Marvin Berger,Robyn Heath,Bill Peard and Larry Lyon.Absent:
None.
Agenda Additions -Agenda Approval.Motion by Councilman Gruber,seconded by
Councilman Berger,to approve the agenda.The Mayor asked for a voice vote.Motion carried.
Consideration of Supplement "28E Agreement"with Dallas County for Routine
Maintenance of Certain Gravel and Paved Roads.Table until the July 20,1998 meeting.
City Offer to Purchase Site for Public Safety Building.Motion by Councilwoman Heath,
seconded by Councilman Peard,directed the City Attorney to draw up purchase agreements for
the Downing Development property and the Booth property.The Mayor asked for a roll call
vote:Ayes:Heath,Peard,Berger,and Gruber.Nays:Lyon.Motion carried 4 to 1.
Approval Preliminary Plat -Booth Property.Table until the July 20,1998 meeting.
Councilman Peard and Mayor Bailey thanked everyone for attending the meeting.
Adjournment.Motion by Councilman Gruber,seconded by Councilwoman Heath,to adjourn
the meeting at 8:47p.m.The Mayor asked for a voice vote.Motion carried.
