Bailey,Jr.at Waukee City Hall.
Roll Call.The Mayor asked for a roll call vote and the following Council Members were present:Nick
Gruber,Marvin Berger,Mayor Don Bailey,Robyn Heath,Bill Peard,Larry Lyon.Absent:None.
Craig Butterfield of Butterfeild Management Consultant Services Discnssion Agenda.The Council
answered and discussed the following items:1)As a council member the following goals would be considered
among my top priorities during the next 12-16 months;2)1 have identified the following concerns that the city
must address tins year;3)The following are behavioral expectations I have for each couucil member;4)I have
the followiug expectations of Mayor Bailey;4)I have the following expectation;5)As Mayor I have the
following expectations of my council members;6)The following are a list of council roadblocks that exist;and
7)My role as a council member is to take the following steps in challenging and possibly eliminating these
roadblocks.
Adjournment,Motion by Councilman Lyon,second by Councilman Peard,to adjourn the meeting at 9:18
