Bailey,Jr.at Waukee City Hall.
Roll Call.The Mayor asked for a roll call vote and the following Council Members were present:Nick
Gruber,Marvin Berger,Mayor Don Bailey,Robyn Heath,Larry Lyon.Absent:Bill Peard.
Council Member Arrives.Councihuan Bill Peard arrived at 6:07 p.m.
Discussion of City Hall Space Needs.The Council discussed the various possibilities to resolve the space
needs problems confronting City Hall.Discussion included the option to build a new City Hall;Lease of Space;
and a Lease to Buy Option.TIle Council also discussed tailoring the solution to fit the operational needs of the
City now and into the future in relation to bonding capacity limits and other financial constraints.
Adjournment.Motion by Councilwoman Heath,second by Councilman Lyon,to adjourn the meeting at
9:18 p.m.The Mayor asked for it roll call vote:Ayes:Heath,Lyon,Gruber,Berger.Nays:None.Motion
carried 4 to O.
