Gruber,Marvin Berger,Mayor Don Bailey,Larry Lyon.Absent:Bill Peard,Robyn Heath.
Council Member Arrives.Councilwomau Robyn Heath arrived at 6:07 a.m.
Discussion of City Budget for FY 1999/2000.The Council discussed the scope,impact and options available
for final compilation of the FY 1999/2000 Budget.
Council Member Departed.Councilwoman Robyo Heath departed at 10:00 a.m.
Adjournment.Motion by Councilman Lyon,second by Councilman Gruber,to adjourn the meeting at
10:54 a.m.TI,e Mayor asked for a roll call vote:Ayes:Lyon,Gruber,Berger.Nays:None.Motion carried
