)Roll Call.The Mayor asked for a roll call vote and the following Council Members were
present:Nick Gruber,Marvin Berger,Mayor Donald Bailey,Robyn Heath,Bill Peard and
Larry Lyon.Absent:None.
Resolution 99-12 Taking additional action to enter into certain Loan Agreements
($2,500,000 Loan Agreement-General Obligation Corporate Purpose Notes;$297,000
Special Assessment Sanitary Sewer Improvement Loan Agreement;$103,000 Special
Assessment Street Improvement Loan Agreement).Motion by Councilman Berger,
second by Councilman Peard,to adopt Resolution No.99-12 Taking additional action to
enter into certain Loan Agreements.The Mayor asked for a roll call vote:Ayes:Berger,
Peard,Lyon,Heath,and Gruber.Nays:None.Motion carried 5 to O.
Set Call Date for Loan Agreements.Motion by Councilman Gruber,second by
Councilman Berger,to set call date for the year 2007 on $2,500,000 Loan Agreement-
General Obligation Corporate Purpose Notes;$297,000 Special Assessment Sanitary Sewer
Improvement Loan Agreement;$103,000 Special Assessment Street Improvement Loan
Agreement.The Mayor asked for a roll call vote:Ayes:Berger,Peard,Lyon,Heath,and
Gruber.Nays:None.Motion carried 5 to O.
Authorizing Mayor to Sign Letter of Intent.Motion by Councilman Peard,second by
Councilman Lyon,to authorize the Mayor to sign letter of intent for the Loan Agreements.
The Mayor asked for a roll call vote:Ayes:Peard Lyon,Heath,Berger,and Gruber.Nays:
None.Motion carried 5 to O.

Resolution 99-13 Set Date for Public Hearing on Lease of Space for City Hall.Motion by
Councilman Peard,second by Councilman Gruber,to set 7:00 p.rn.March 8,1999 at the
Waukee Public Library as the time and place for a Public Hearing on Lease of Space for City
Hall.The Mayor asked for a roll call vote:Ayes:Peard,Gruber,Berger,Heath,and Lyon.
Nays:None.Motion carried 5 to O.
Resolution 99-14 Receive an Adopt Final Proposed FY 199912000 Budget and Order
Notice.Motion by Councilwoman Heath,second by Councilman Lyon,to set 7:00 p.rn.
March 8,1999 at the Waukee Public Library as the time and place for a Public Hearing on
Adoption of the FY 1999/2000 Budget and have the City Clerk post notice thereto.The
Mayor asked for a roll call vote:Ayes:Heath,Lyon,Peard,Berger,and Gruber.Nays:None.
Motion carried 5 to O.
