Mayor.
Roll Call.The Mayor asked for a roll call vote and the following Council Members were
present:Nick Gruber,Marvin Berger,Mayor Donald L.Bailey,Jr.,Robyn Heath,Bill
Peard,Larry Lyon.Absent:None.
Discussion of Munu Property Rezoning.The Mayor,City Council and Members ofthe
Planning &Zoning Commission discussed the issue of rezoning the Munn property from
A-I to C-4 and the effects such rezoning may have on the traffic flow and safety of motor
vehicles.Comments from property owners and residents were also considered.The issue
of revenue from commercial verses residential property was also considered and the
desirability of having this property zoned commercial as verses residential.
Adjournment.Motion to adjourn by Councilman Gruber,second by Councilman Berger
at 7:10 p.rn.The Mayor asked for a roll call vote:Ayes:Gruber,Berger,Peard,Heath and
Lyon.Nays:None.Motion carried 5 to O.
