Mayor Pro-Tern Heath at 6:30pm.
Roll was taken and the following Council Members were present:Gruber,Berger,Heath,
Peard,Lyon.Absent:Mayor Bailey.
MOTION:Motion by Berger,second by Peard to approve a loan and payment to the
Library Foundation for future library land in the amount of a $25,000 loan from the
General Fund for I year,and a $100,000 loan from the Water Utility Fund for I year with
an annual interest rate at 5%.The Mayor Pro-Tern asked for a roll call vote:Ayes:
Berger,Peard,Gruber,Heath,Lyon.Motion carried 5-0.
ADJOURNMENT:Motion by Lyon,second by Gruber to adjourn at 6:45PM.
Motioned carried 5-0.Meeting adjourned.
