RESOLUTION 19-257
ADOPTING THE CITY OF WAUKEE 2019 FEE SCHEDULE
(REVISION NO.2)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, as part of the budget review and adoption process, a Fee Schedule for
services provided by the City of Waukee was approved by the Waukee City Council on
March 4, 2019 (Resolution #19-071); AND,
WHEREAS, a revised Fee Schedule was approved by the Waukee City Council on
April 1, 2019 (Resolution # 19-104); AND,
WHEREAS, City staff recommends amending the following:
• Public Works Department, Miscellaneous Fees, Right-of-way/utility permit
fee: $150.00
• Development Services, Building fees, New mobile home set-up: $300.00
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 8 h day of July, 2019, that the City of Waukee 2019 Fee Schedule (Revision
No. 2) is hereby approved and shall be in immediate effect unless otherwise noted in the
schedule.
