(2)Roll Call-The following members were present:Tony Oberman,Mayor,and Council members Nicholas Gruber,JeffV.Mertz,Bill Peard and Darlene Stanton. Council Member Bailey absent. (3)Closed Session:For the purpose of discussing land acquisition per Section21.5(l)aJ Nick Gruber moved to go into closed session per Section 21.5(1)(j). Darlene Stanton second.Roll call:Ayes:Gruber,Stanton,Mertz,Peard.Nays:None. Absent:Bailey.Motion carried 4 -0 -1.Council in closed session. Nick Gruber moved that council retum to open session and recess until 7:00 PM.Bill Peard second.Roll call:Ayes:Gruber,Peard,Mertz,Stanton.Nays:None.Absent: Bailey.Motion carried 4 -0 -1.
