RESOLUTION 19-261
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [KETTLESTONE HEIGHTS PLAT 11
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Team Excavating of Altoona, IA, has completed the public improvements
associated with Kettlestone Heights Plat 1; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Kettlestone Heights Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of
this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 8t' day of July, 2019, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Kettlestone Heights Plat 1.
