RESOLUTION 19-264
APPROVAL OF AMENDING A CERTAIN ADDRESSES FOR LOTS 19, 29, & 34
OF INDI RUN PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee approved the final plat for Indi Run Plat 1 on August
20, 2018, and recorded said final plat with Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there was a scriveners error related to Lots 19,
29, and 34 of Indi Run Plat 1; AND,
WHEREAS, staff recommends changing the following local addresses for Lots 19, 29,
and 34 of Indi Run Plat 1 as follows:

amended. A copy of this resolution shall be filed of record with the Recordersce of
