D)RESOLUTION:Consideration of a Fireworks Permit Application for the Des Moines Menace for a display in Centennial Park on May 6,2006 between the hours of 9:45 p.m.and 11:00 p.m.-Motion by Council Member McGee,seconded by Council Member Watts,to approve the resolution.Roll call: Ayes:McGee,Watts,Bailey.Nays:None.Motion carried 3 -O.
