WITH PLANNING &ZONING COMMISSION

A)Call to Order -The special joint meeting ofthe Wankee City Conncil and Planning &Zoning
Commission was called to order by Mayor Peard at 7:00 p.m.
B)Roll Call-The following City Council members were present:Mayor Peard and Council Members
McGee,Mertz,Stanton,Watts.Absent:Bailey.The following Planning &Zoning Commissioners were
present:Hoifeldt,Mook,Wilson,Steele,Schmidt.Absent:Krantz,Dutcher.
C)Agenda Approval.Motion by Council Member Mertz,seconded by Council Member Stanton,to
approve the agenda.Roll call:Ayes:Mertz,Stanton,McGee,Watts.Nays:None.Motion carried 4 -O.
D)PRESENTATION:RDG presentation on the Key Intersection Project -Representatives from RDG
presented concept plans and drawings to the City Council and Planning &Zoning Commission for the
Key Intersection Project.
E)DISCUSSION:On the Key Intersection Project -The Council and Planning &Zoning Connnission
discussed the project.
Adjournment.Mayor Peard asked for a motion to adjourn.Motion by Council Member Stanton,
seconded by Council Member Mertz,Ayes:All.Nays:None.Motion carried 4 -O.
