RESOLUTION 19-272
APPROVING AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF
INGRESS/EGRESS AND ACCESS EASEMENT [BRANDON'S RESERVE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, on October 3, 2016, the Waukee City Council approved a final plat for Brandon's
Reserve (Resolution #16-435); AND,
WHEREAS, an existing ingress/egress easement associated with Lots 4 and 5 of Brandon's
Reserve needs to be amended so that the owner of Lot 4 can install a retaining wall for erosion
control.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
8th day of July 2019, that it hereby approves the Amended and Restated Declaration of
Ingress/Egress and Access Easement [Brandon's Reserve].
