SPECIAL MEETING
JANUARY 27,2007
A special meeting of the Waukee City Council regarding the Waukee Public Library,"Planning for
Results,"was held beginning at 9:00 a.m.in the Council Chambers at City Hall.The following members
were present at various times during the special meeting:Mayor William F.Peard;Council Members Don
L.Bailey,Jr.;C.Isaiah McGee;Darlene Stanton;Mike Watts.Absent:JeffY.Mertz.
The Mayor,Council,Library staff and various members of the community reviewed and discussed vision
statements,community strengths and weaknesses,opportunities for growth,and certain census and library
data.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:30 p.m.
