WORK SESSION MEETING
JANUARY 26,2009
A)Call to Order -The work session meeting of the Waukee City Council was called to order by Mayor
Peard at 5:15 p.m.in the Waukee City Council Chambers.
B)Roll Call-The following City Council members were present:Mayor William F.Peard;Council
Members Donald L.Bailey,Jr.;Casey L.Harvey;C.Isaiah McGee;Darlene Stanton;Mike Watts.
Absent:None.
C)Agenda Approval
D)Work Session:FY 2010 City Budget -City Council and department heads reviewed and discussed
the proposed budget for FY10.
E)Comments
Adjournment -Council Member McGee moved to adjoum;seconded by Council Member Watts.Ayes:
All.Nays:None.Motion carried 5 ~o.
