Council Member McGee moved to appoint Council Member Harvey as presiding officer in the absence of the mayor and mayor pro tem;seconded by Council Member Watts.Results of vote: Ayes:Harvey,McGee,Watts.Nays:None.Absent:Blanchard,Hughes.Motion carried 3 -0 -2.
