SPECIAL MEETING
April 13,2015
A.Call to Order —The special meeting of the Waukee City Council was called to order by Mayor Peard at
5:32 p.m.at Waukee City Hall,230 W.Hickman Rd.
B.Roll Call —The following members were present:Mayor William F.Peard;Council Members Shane
Blanchard,Brian Harrison,Casey L.Harvey,Shelly Hughes,Rick Peterson.Absent:None.
Also in attendance:City Administrator Tim Moerman,City Clerk Rebecca D.Schuett.
C.Agenda Approval —Council Member Harvey moved to approve the agenda and table items D1,D2
and D3 for a special meeting on Wednesday,April 15,2015 at 12:00 p.m.;seconded by Council
Member Harrison.Results of vote:Ayes:Blanchard,Harrison,Harvey,Hughes,Peterson.Nays:
None.Motion to table carried 5 —0.
