Mayor's Report —Mayor Peard noted Waukee's 42"'place ranking in MONEY Magazine's 2015 list of "America's Best Places to Live."A reception in honor of Waukee Police Lt.Greg Breuer's retirement will be held 08/21.In light of Lt.Breuer's retirement,Sgt.Scott Cunningham has been promoted to lieutenant and Ofr.Mackenzie Sposeto will be promoted to sergeant.A promotion ceremony for Cunningham and Sposeto will be 09/08.All City offices will be closed 09/07 for Labor Day;the regular City Council meeting is rescheduled for 09/08.
