Hickman Rd. Council Member Harrison moved to appoint Council Member Hughes as presiding officer in the absence of the mayor and mayor pro tern;seconded by Council Member Lyon.Results of vote: Ayes:Harrison,Hughes,Lyon.Nays:None.Absent:Blanchard,Peterson.Motion carried 3 —0 —2.
