RESOLUTION 19-318
APPROVING AMENDMENT NO.2 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTING SERVICES WITH FOTH INFRASTRUCTURE & ENVIRONMENT, LLC
[ALICE'S ROAD CORRIDOR PROJECT PHASE 51
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, on February 21, 2017, the Waukee City Council approved an Agreement for Professional
Consulting Services with Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC [Reconstruction Design Services,
SE Alice's Road from North of Olson Drive to North of Hickman Road (Phase 5)] (Resolution #17-
112); AND,
WHEREAS, on November 19, 2018, the Waukee City Council approved a Professional Services
Agreement Amendment No. 1 (Resolution #18-486); AND,
WHEREAS, Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC, has submitted Amendment No. 2 to the
agreement for additional services associated with additional design survey services to incorporate
three-quarters access to the U-Haul site (formerly Atlantic Bottling) and additional 2019 construction
season administration.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with Foth Infrastructure &
Environment, LLC [Alice's Road Corridor Improvements Phase 5] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 5th day of August, 2019.
