RESOLUTION 19-324
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[GRANT RAGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TURN LANE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Caselli Construction of West Des Moines, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Grant Ragan Elementary School Turn Lane; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Grant Ragan Elementary School Turn Lane and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 10 day of August, 2019, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Grant Ragan Elementary School Turn Lane. , (-\
