RESOLUTION 19-325
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[1ST INTERIORS,1100 SE WESTBROOK DRIVE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, 1st Interiors, Inc., of Waukee, IA, has completed the public improvements
associated with 1" Interiors; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of 1st
Interiors and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in
general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of August, 2019, that it hereby accepts the pirb�ic improvements
associated with 1" Interiors. 1100 SE Westbrook Drive. �
