RESOLUTION 19-326
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[WAUKEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION
BUILDING, 2019 PARKING LOT PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Waukee Community School District of Waukee, IA, has completed the
public improvements associated with Waukee Community School District Administration
Building, 2019 Parking Lot Project; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Waukee Community School District Administration Building, 2019 Parking Lot Project,
and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19t' day of August, 2019, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Waukee Community School District Administration Building, 2019
Parking Lot Project.
