AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 502,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY AMENDING
SECTION 502 "PARKING REGULATIONS,"CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS AS
SPECIFIED BELOW
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has determined that certain public streets should be added
to or eliminated from the no parking ordinances.
BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.2 is
hereby amended by adding the following streets as follows:
$502.2 No parking is permitted at any time on the east side of the following north-
south streets:

NW First Street
NW Gracewood Drive
SE Leeann Drive (loop street between 1010-1340 SE Leeann Dr)
SE Frontier Avenue
SE Oxford Drive
NE Elk Run Drive
NE Fox Valley Court

NE Wilden Drive
NE Addison Drive
SE Bluegrass Circle (loop street between 1010 to 1340 SE Bluegrass

be and the same is hereby repealed and enacted in lieu thereof is as follows:

Section 6.Re ealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 7.Severabili Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section g.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,approval
and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the Council the 17'"day of December,2018,and approved this 17'"day of December,
2018.
