AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING A SCRIVENER'S ERROR IN ORDINANCE NO.2915
AMENDING CHAPTER 502,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,AS SPECIFIED BELOW:
WHEREAS,the City passed Ordinance No.2915 on December 17,2018 and said
ordinance contained a scrivener's error the City now desires to correct.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Section 502.7 should be and the same
is hereby repealed and enacted in lieu thereof is as follows:
II502.7 No parking is permitted on the south side of the following east-west streets:
Arrowhead Drive
Badger Lane (NE)
Bailey Circle (loop street from 145 to 255 Bailey Circle)

Section 2.Re ealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severabili Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 4.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,approval
and publication as provided by law.
