AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 502,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WAUKEK,IOWA,BY REMOVING
FROM SECTION 502 "PARKING REGULATIONS,"A CERTAIN PUBLIC STREET
AS SPECIFIED BELOW
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has determined that a certain public street should be added
to the no parking ordinances.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.8,is
hereby amended by repealing and enacting in lieu thereof the following subsection I:
$502.8 Other parking prohibitions on east-west streets:
I.No parking on either side of Bel-Aire Drive from its intersection with
Warrior Lane to a point 195 feet to the west.
Section 2.Re ealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severabili Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitunonal.
Section 4.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,approval
and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the Council the 20'"day of November,2017,and approved this 2 '"day of November,
2017.
