AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 502,WAUKEK MUNICIPAL CODE,
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS OF THK CITY OF WAUIMK,IOWA,BY ADDING TO
SECTION 502 "PARKING REGULATIONS,"CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS AS
SPECIFIED BELOW
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is has deteimined that ceitain public streets should be
added to the no parking ordinances.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 502,Waukee Miiiiicipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.1,is
hereby amended by adding to the section the following streets:
streets:
(502.1 No Parking is permitted at any time on either side of the following north-south
Warrior Avenue
SE Wildflower Drive
NE Daitmoor between Hickman Road and Douglas Parkway
SE Daitmoor between Laurel Street and Hiclunan Road
Westgate Drive between Hickman Road and NE Horizon Drive
NE Archer Drive
Section 2.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.2,is
hereby amended by adding to the section the following streets:
streets:
$502.2 No parking is permitted at any time on the east side of the following north-south
Brodie Street
IGmball Lane
SE Waters Edge Drive
Parkview Crossing Drive between Westown Parkway and SE Madrone Lane
Caterine Court
White Pine Court
Jack Pine Drive
NE Red Fox Lane
NE Badger Lane
SE Peachtree Lane
SE Willowbrook Drive
NE Dartmoor Drive between Douglas Parkway and NE Bobcat Drive
Indian Ridge Drive from its intersection with Ute Avenue to point 300 feet east.
Section 3.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.3,is
hereby amended by adding to the section the following streets:

SE Parkview Crossing Drive between SE Madrone Lane and SE Prairie Park Lane
SE Riverbirch Lane
SE Willowbrook Drive
SE Bluestem Drive
NE Westgate between NE Horizon Drive and Douglas Parkway
Abigail Lane
SE Telby Lane
SE Waters Edge Drive
SE Crabapple Court
Section 4.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.5,is
hereby amended by adding to the section the following street:

(502.5 No parking is permitted at any time on either side of the following east-west
NE Horizon Drive between NE Archer Drive and NE Alice's Road
Section 5.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.6,is
hereby amended by adding to the section the following streets:

A.No Parking is permitted at any time,except as otherwise noted,on the north side
of the following streets:
Dunham Drive
SE Trillium Drive
SE Stone Prairie Drive
Wlnstling Court
SE Riverbirch Lane
Silverleaf Lane
Prairie Bluff Drive
Emerson Lane
Hannah Lane
Abigail Lane
SE Willowbrook Drive
Indian Ridge Drive from its intersection with Ute Avenue to point 300 feet east.
Section 6.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.7,is
hereby amended by adding to the section the following streets:
(502.7 No parking is permitted on the south side of the following east-west streets:
SE Driftwood Lane
SE Wildflower Drive
Jack Pine Drive
SE Tallgrass Lane
NE Badger Lane
NE Prairie Wolf Drive
NE Coyote Drive
NE Brookside Court
NE Meridian Drive
NE Horizon Drive between NE Westgate and NE Archer Drive
NE Traverse Drive
SE Monarch Lane
SE Peachtree Lane
Section 7.Re ealer.All ordinances or paints of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 8.Severabili Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole or any section,provision,or past thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 9.Effective Date.Tins ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,approval
and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the Council the 19'"day of January,2015,and approved tins 19'"day of January,
2015.
