AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 207A,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,BY
REPEALING THE EXISTING RATES FOR GOLF AND AMENITIES AT SUGAR
CREEK MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE AND ENACTING NEW RATES AS SPECIFIED
BELOW:
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee seeks to change the rates for golf and amenities at Sugar
Creek Municipal Golf Course.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1:Chapter 207 A,Waukee Municipal Code,Section 207 All should be and the
same is hereby repealed and enacted in lieu thereof is as follows:
§207 All Golf and Amenity Prices
The following rates and prices shall be charged for golf and amenities at Sugar
Creek Municipal Golf Course.These rates and charges shall apply to all persons
playing Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course.
Season Passes**
Weekday Senior (Monday-Thursday +Fri AM.)
Single Adult (Monday-Sunday)
Couples/Corporate (2 people from same residence or workplace)
Family (3 or more from same residence)
Junior (Age 18 &Under)
$520 +Tax
$675 +Tax
$970 +Tax
$1,175 +Tax
$340 +Tax
**10%off season passes purchased by February 28,2014

Section 2.Repealer.Any and all ordinances and resolutions in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed and shall be of no further effect.
Section 3.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall
be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the
ordinance as a whole or any section,provisions or part thereof not adjudged invalid or
unconstitutional.
