AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 502,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY AMENDING
SECTION 502 "PARKING REGULATIONS"AS SPECIFIED BELOW
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is has determined that certain public streets should be
added to the no parking ordinances.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.3,is
hereby amended by deleting the following public street:
Alice's Road (a.k.a.W Avenue):from the northern corporate limits
to a point 2,500 feet south of said point of beginning
Section 2.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.1,is
hereby amended by adding the following public street and prohibiting parking at any time on either
side of said north-south street:
Alice's Road from the northern City limit to University Avenue
Section 3.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 5.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,approval
and publication as provided by law.
