AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 501,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY ADDING TO
SECTION 501.18 "THROUGH STREETS AND STOP INTERSECTIONS"CERTAIN
INTERSECTIONS AS SPECIFIED BELOW
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is has determined that certain intersections should be
added to the stop intersection ordinances.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 501,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 501.18,is
hereby amended by adding the following intersections as Stop Intersections as follows:
V.SE Wildflower Drive East bound at its intersection with SE LA
Grant Parkway.
W.SE Florence Drive North bound at its intersection with SE
Westown Parkway.
X.SE Telby Lane East bound at its intersection with SE L.A.Grant
Parkway.
Y.SE Oxford Drive South bound at its intersection with SE Telby
Lane.
Z.SE Greentree Drive South bound at its intersection with SE Telby
Lane.
AA.NE Fox Run Trail East bound at its intersection with NE Dartmoor
Drive.
BB.NE Fox Run Trail West bound at its intersection with NE
Dartrnoor Drive.
Section 2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall
be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the
ordinance as a whole or ally section,provisions or part thereof not adjudged invalid or
unconstitutional.
Section 4.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its final
passage,approval and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the Council the 21 st day ofJanuary,2013,and approved this 21 st day ofJanuary,2013.
