AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 300,ZONING ORDINANCE,CITY OF
WAUKEE,IOWA,BY AMENDING SECTION 301.9(A),"A-I"AGRICULTURAL
DISTRICT,PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES,TO ALLOW FOR MUNICIPAL
FACILITIES
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 300,Waukee Municipal Code,Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Waukee,Iowa,Section 301.9(A),"A-I"Agricultural District,is hereby amended by inserting the
following as Section 301.9(A)(12)
12.Municipal Facilities utilized by the City of Waukee for services provided
to the community;provided that all principal buildings be set back a
minimum of thirty-five (35)feet from all property lines.
Section 2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall
be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the
ordinance as a whole or any section,provisions or part thereof not adjudged invalid or
unconstitutional.
Section 4.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its final
passage,approval and publication as provided by law.
