AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 502,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY ADDING TO
SECTION 502 "PARKING REGULATIONS,"CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS AS
SPECIFIED BELOW
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is has determined that certain public streets should be
added to the no parking ordinances,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502,5,is
hereby amended by adding the following public streets and prohibiting parking at any time on either
side of said east-west streets:
SE Olson Drive from SE Crabapple Drive east to SE Alice's Road
Section 2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed,
Section 3.Severability Clause,If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitntional,such adjudication shall not affect tile validity of the ordinance
as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitntional.]
Section 4.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,approval
and publication as provided by law,
Passed by the Council the 22ud day of March 2010,and approved this 22nd day of March 2010,
