AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 502,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY ADDING TO
SECTION 502 "PARKING REGULATIONS",CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS AS
SPECIFIED BELOW
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is has determined that certain public streets should be
added to the no parking ordinances.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.2,is
hereby amended by adding the following public street thereby prohibiting parking at any time on
the east side of said street:
SE Bell Court
Section 2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 4.EtIective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,approval
and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the Council the 20th day of April 2009,and approved this zo"day of April 2009.
