RESOLUTION 19-356
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR STONE PRAIRIE PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, M&J Realty, LLC, has requested final plat approval of Stone Prairie Plat 6 (the "Plat');
AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat on
September 10, 2019, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Stone Prairie Plat 6 and the documents relating thereto will comply with
Section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this 16"
day of September, 2019, that the Final Plat for Stone Prairie Plat 6 be and the same is hereby accepted and
approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements and
documents to be filed with the Plat:
1. Private Storm Water Management Facilities Maintenance Easement;
2. Private Sanitary Sewer Easement;
3. Public Utility Easement; and
4. Private Blanket Ingress/Egress, Shared Parking & Private Utility Easement.
