AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 300,ZONING ORDINANCE,CITY OF
WAUKEE,IOWA,BY AMENDING SECTION 301.03,DEFINITIONS,TO INCLUDE
THE DEFINITION OF A TEMPORARY BUILDING
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1:Chapter 300,Waukee Municipal Code,Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Waukee,Iowa,is hereby amended by inserting alphabetically the term and definition as follows:
Building,Temporary:A building which is not permanently affixed to the property,and
is permitted to exist for a specific reason for no more than two years.
Section 2 Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall
be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the
ordinance as a whole or any section,provisions or part thereof not adjudged invalid or
unconstitutional.
Section 4.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its final
passage,approval and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the Council the 4th day ofJune 2007,and approved this 4th day ofJune 2007.
